1. Appointment Cancellations
We understand that circumstances may change, requiring you to cancel a scheduled appointment. Our refund policy for appointment cancellations is as follows:
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment: 50% refund
- No-show without cancellation: No refund

3. Technical Issues
If you were unable to receive a service due to technical issues on our platform, please contact our support team immediately. With proper verification, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
