1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment: 50% refund
  • No-show without cancellation: No refund

If you are dissatisfied with a service provided through Mizoram Healthline, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the service. We will review each case individually and may provide a full or partial refund at our discretion.

3. Technical Issues

If you were unable to receive a service due to technical issues on our platform, please contact our support team immediately. With proper verification, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
