All healthcare services are delivered by independent professionals who are solely responsible for the care they provide.

2. Appointment Booking

  • You can schedule consultations with available healthcare providers through the Platform.
  • Appointment confirmation depends on the professional's availability and acceptance.
  • We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result from consultations.

3. Payments & Fees

  • Fees for booking consultations are displayed before booking and are set by the company.
  • Mizoram Healthline may process payments on behalf of the professionals and may include service fees.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations and rescheduling must be made within 24 hrs of confirmed appointment.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3 - 10 working days.
  • Mizoram Healthline is not liable for missed appointments, late arrivals, or professional cancellations.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and complete health-related information.
  • Follow the advice and instructions given by the healthcare professional.
  • Use the Platform for lawful, personal purposes only.

6. No Medical Advice

The Platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Any information or services provided via Mizoram Healthline are for informational and coordination purposes only. Always consult with a qualified medical professional directly regarding any health concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mizoram Healthline is not liable for:
